Hey guys

I have the 93 in the garage checkin it over. Might actually get to put some miles on it without the trailer next week. Hopefully I get to leave the companies F#$% service truck at home.

Anyways the truck was pulling to the right a little on my last trip in the truck enough that I had to continually correct it. I am sure that it was not wind or road surface. I had the front end up and checking things over. I put a tape measure on the front end and it has 1/4" of toe in right now. I consulted my FSM and it gives me degrees #@$%! spec is -. 05* to +. 45* with a perferred . 20*. Can anybody convert that to inches?

I did tighten up the right wheel bearing a little a few weeks ago, but the wheels seem to spin with about the same amount of effort. Also it does it even after driving for an hour, so I don't think a brake is draggin. I have had that problem before, and usually the brake gets hot and fades. Drives nice until you use the brakes then be ready to steer.

I'm thinkin that the front end needs to be tore down again and the wheel bearings packed, inspected and reassembled.

I set my buses up to nearest zero as possible. When the vehicle is driven the tires will then pull themselves into a toe in.

I have been told that1/8th inch is standard cause you can read that measurement pretty well with the tape. No more though.
