tongue weight for new springs

i am about to get new rear springs to make the truck ride a little better. They are a two stage springs so i need to get a recommendation on a tongue weight to tell the guy. I do not haul that much. Maybe 2 jet ski, boat , a little john deere 955 and the biggest thing i haul is a John deere 6220. I might move the big tractor once a year and the little one 5 times a year. i do not haul that much. so my question is what tongue weight you would you all recommend.

About the most you'll ever need is 500 to 600 lbs. After that you'll need to go to a load equalizing hitch anyway.
