Just installed a 92 gal in bed toolbox/tank from northn tools. It comes flush with the top of the bed. My bitter half has decided that we need a bed cover... I would like access to the fuel tank/tool box, any ideas on a tonneau cover to fit the bill. Thanks, Glenn

I've been using the Agri cover from Genos with my tank/tool box for 3 or 4 years now and very happy with it. I plan on putting the same on the new truck when it comes in.

Truxedo makes a cover that doesn't break the bank and is easy to open and close. I've been very pleased with mine.

I got the Truxedo Truxport. Its a soft cover that rolls up and fits nicely between the cab and the lid of my toolbox. It sits up on the bedrails and clamps down, so you see and 1-1/2" of cover on top of the rail. It works ok.

I have used the Extang for years. It not only unsnappes to roll up but the main features I use is it tilts up like a hardcover or if you don't want it on in 30 sec (literally) it is off. It has a U rail that goes on the front part of the bed and then down the rails about 3/4 of the way.

Mine is now 4yrs old and only two buttons broke (my fault) but the vinyl, shocks and other hardware is like new. I paid $350 for it to include initial instal.

I have one of the truxedo covers. It rolls up nicely BUT it has round support bars about every 16" or so that rolls up with the cover. The first one is about 13-14" back from the front of the bed. It looks like they sit on a framework that is maybe 3/4 - 1" below the top of the bed. You would have to assure that the first one did not stick up too high which would effect the velcro closure.

Yup, my tool box's rear edge hit the first bar, so I had to slide the toolbox toward the cab a little, then adjust the front to back placement of the cover. Wasn't a big deal, but more work than I planned on.

Agricover from Geno's. Lifetime guarantee for the original owner of the truck. I bought the more expensive version and think it was money well-spent. But check with Agricover for a recommendation on what to keep it clean with. Mine's been on the truck four years and it's like new. Wouldn't have anything else and it's virtually (read 99 percent) waterproof.
