Tonneau Covers

Still looking for tonneau cover. I had decided to go with a vinyl until I watched a friend hassle with his. I have now looked at a "Roll and Lock". Does it all but $925.
Any comments?Wonder if vendors for covers will be at the May Madness.
Appreciate any opinions. .

I like my hard cover that folds up out of the way if I need to haul something large. I got it from Dodge when I bought the truck. The price was about $700 as far as I can remember. It's strong enuff to walk on and easy to take completely off if the need comes up.

I dont personaly have a cover as such on my ram, but have talked to others who do, and they love the roll and lock the best. The only draw back was the winter ice and snow can be a pig if the thing freezes up.

Fuzz,also checkout Pace-Edwards Roll-Top cover,I've been using the Roll-Top on my 99 an now on the 2000 truck,I like it,it works easy.

I went in today and ordered a rollnlock. Model
V. The modedl V has vinyl on top of aluminum slats and the slats are a little lighter weight. It is about $100 cheaper than the other model. The vinyl covering was designed to keep snow out of slats and not freeze,as was mentioned. The dealer I oredered from sells several different brands. Pace-Edwards being the most popular. It was somewhat cheaper than the RollnLock,but after looking at them both. I went for the RollnLock Model V
$875. ouch.
