Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Too many miles to bomb?

Daily driver has 240,000 on it, most from highway. Carries 40psi oil pressure while driving 20psi at idle, never had any problems with it. Is that to many miles for minor upgrades, HX-40, say 40psi, maybe 370 inj, and pump mods?

my buddy just went with a full DTT transmission, bhaf, 3gsk, 370's and a fuel plate at 235k he has 245 on it now!! truck just screams!! i wouldnt worry about the miles!!! BOMBS AWAY MY FREIND!

he also dynoed 360hp at scheids.

No problem for the engine, the rest of the drivetrain might not like it though.
