Help!! Too Much Smoke from the Blow by Bottle!
After installing my helper lift pump I noticed what seems like way too much smoke coming out of the blow by bottle. During the helper lift pump installation I somehow managed to disconnect a vacuum line from somewhere in the engine compartment and couldn't find where to reconnect it.
Now my climate control venting doesn’t work. Could these two problems both be related to the vacuum line? I know the climate control venting problem is due to the vacuum line but I don’t know about the excessive smoke from the blow by bottle
. Is there maybe a crank case re-circulation valve that may be bad? Or maybe that vacuum line controls a re-circ valve also. I wish I could find where that vacuum line plugged into
Maybe one of you guys could go out and look under the hood and trace the line. It’s the 1/8” line coming of the power steering pump. I have an 01 - 6 speed ETH. Thanks
