Too Much??????

Do you think that too much of a power increase is possible? Thanks to Big Don, I got my set of Lucas Injectors in yesterday. Didn't work today, so guess what I did this morning?

When I went out for the test run, I almost jumped out of the cab. Before I was at 19lbs. of boost all of the time. When I smashed the go pedal in 3rd it jumped up to 27lbs. , and in 4th, well my gauge goes up to 30lbs. and i think that the needle is touching the stop!!!!

Needless to say, I am so pleased with this power increase that I would recommend it to anyone wishing to increase their power, and in a big way!! All of the turbo lag, and anything else that I had is gone, the truck is like a rocket ship, push the juice pedal anywhere and it takes off like a bullet.

My thanks to Big Don for helping me with my decision and being able to sell me these wonderful 'Ol Blue Specials. For those of you thinking about them you'd better hurry, Big Don has 2 sets left, and at a very reasonable price too I might add.

I still have to do some fine tuning, I think that the sky is turning a little bit too black!!

And I've been trying to get above 25 lbs! Sounds like you have a good combo of "stuff".

Last night after my trial run I backed the full power screw off a turn, and after driving it today it still burns 30lbs worth of fuel !

I backed it down another turn tonight, see how it runs tomorrow. I think that I almost have Too Much Power! (Don't quote me on that!)

Oh, by the way, I think that those rear brakes need adjusting.



I always wondered how you experienced computer junkies used those smilies, I guess that this website change is alright.
