The company I work at has a long tradition of running Fords for crew trucks... despite the fact that we have been burning up the turbos and clutches on the 350 PSDs on a fairly regular basis.
No matter how much our crews like the power and responsiveness of my truck, the owner still wanted to stick with another PSD...
The new truck was on its way, being delivered by the salesman no less (cab/chassis only, we build our own beds) and it spun a rod bearing 5 miles from the dealership
Ford said they would put a new factory crate PSD in it and get it right out to us, AND extend the warranty for another 2 years...
No dice, wake up time for this place, we told them to stuff the truck and I'm driving the owner to the Dodge dealership today.
To Bad... So Sad... Bye Bye Ford
