A big Thumbs up to Forrer Dodge in Duncannon, Pa.

I had an 8 am appointment this morning to have my lift pump problem looked at. I met with the service manager at 8 am, we went over what I have been seeing with the eratic lift pump presures and discussed my fuel presure gauge installation and how I have been monitoring presures for the past year.

At 8:14 he pulled it into his shop and at 8:55 I was back on the road with a new pump and the hood latch recall done and 16 lbs of fuel presure!

They treated me with nothing but the highest respect. And I didn't even buy my truck from them!

They will get my business from here out. First time in my life that I left a dealer after service work with a smile on my face!

What did they think about the non-factory options on your truck?



I would be willing to drive up there (about 2 hours) for actual customer service.

To be truthful I didn't give them that test.

I removed my VA and boost module and elbow last night just to prevent that issue from coming up.

We all know that my bombs weren't causing the problem but why open that can of worms???

How far from me

How far from Levittown, Pa? The closest dealer to me is Reedman "AUTO WORLD". As far as I'm concerned I wouldn't let them lick the schmegma of my balls:--) joint truck Whoops I may have misspelled and missplaces a few words there fellows . . . sorry hoo hooo!!!('')



I noticed everyone replying so far, except Illflem, is from PA. Is there a local (or at least not too far away) TDR chapter for us PA fellows?

I belong to the Mason Dixon chapter of the TDR. Many of the members are from the central Pa area. I am from Western Pa. As for the dealer he is located in Duncannon, Pa. This is a small town a stones throw from Harrisburg. It would be quite a drive from Levittown but if there aren't any good dealers near you it could be a viable solution. If you do decide to go there PM George 00 for directions.
