These guys at DTT did it once again. I have read with interest the other postings about outstanding customer service, but this is amazing. #ad
I had a little problem with the install of the DTT Valvebody. Bill just happened to be only 500 miles away so he just dropped by to personally fix my truck. Really, I don't think that many can expect this kind of service, but I got it. #ad
Bill added an extra two days to his whirlwind tour of the US giving seminars to see to it that he has a SATISFIED customer. While he was here we went ahead and added to the original project by adding the converter to the truck. Now that is not all, while the transmission was out my friend and I got the short and intense course on rebuiding these transmissions. #ad
If some one had told me two weeks ago that I could rebuild my trans, well, you know, most of us just don't do that. Bill Kondolay is the MAN when it comes to these transmissions. When he stops and you see the gears turning in his head, he is seeing the inside of the transmission and following it through the paces. When we were done, I can tell you this thing works. I have a G-Tech and it shows a 25 HP increase with no changes to the engine at this time. I have a TST #12 plate in (not the right one for my truck). It registered 198 HP before the trans work and now it reads 224 HP tonight. WOW, that is AWSOME! #ad

Jack, no warmth here. After Bill left we kept wondering why the shop was so hot. We keep the t-stat on about 50 and it had been reset to 70. We were sweating. We sure gave him a ration of stuff about being cold all the time.

On the same note. . I have to agree with everyone. Bill and his crew are Awesome. I am so glad that I got to go to BC and actually meet them all. Boy did they treat me like Family. They are the best. Thanks for stopping by Bill... it was great having you here!!!!

Now on another Note. Bob... I really have to give a huge Thanks out to you and your buddy Kevin also, for helping me with my truck. Boy does she shift tons better now. Thanks a million!!!

Now about them gloves... I think you should send a pair to Bill just cause he loved them soo much!! That way he has something to remind him of Colorado. LOL
