Just wanted to thank all of you again for sharing your information regarding experiences with your Dodge's. I was having problems a few weeks ago with the ABS and Brake light staying on and the speedometer not working below 30mph..... with your posted messages. . problem solved... rear wheel sensor $46 and 25 minutes.

Now I've had problems with then torque converter engaging and disengaging at about 45 mph or so. from your messages I guess its noise and I've ordered the filter from DTT along with the APPS cal. instructions. Will let everyone know if this works... but bet it will. Thanks again!

Worked great for me. Give it a try.

Greg, in addition to the noise filter you should clean all the ground connections,, make sure the batteries are good, wrap the wire from the alternator with foil, run a new ground wire from the PCM to the battery ( solder the connectors on this ) and be prepared to do it again eventually. I don't believe there is any one fix that is permanent.

I had the same problem, but I cleaned up the grounds and all is well now (6 months). The tin foil/alternator wire fix didn't work for me. It's a good idea to slip a small lock washer between all your ground lug to chassis connections. It gives it more bite and keeps it honest. Smother all connections in dialectric grease.

10-4... thanks. I did clean the grounds and it solved the problem. That said... I'm going to install the noise filter anyway and foil you suggested. The more. . the better!

Hey guys... have not recived the DTT filter yet. . it is ordered. However... I did solve the problem by cleaning the grounds at the battery and to the chassis in the engine compartment. Thanks for the info!
