Torque on the Trans Pan bolts????

I was wondering what the torque on the trans pan bolts are. I am currently having to install 4 heli-coils from the original owners mishaps. I dont want to do a repeat performance any help would be appreciated Thanks

From my DC manual:

Oil filter screws: 35 in. lbs. or 4 N-m
Oil pan bolt: 13 ft. lbs. or 17 N-m
