2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission TORQUE SPEC Help Needed

Can some one please provide torque specs for the front and rear CALIPER MOUNTING BOLTS? I have an 02 2500 4x4 w/ front and rear disc brakes.



My service manual is from 99 which is different from the 02 in the brakes dept.
