Can anyone tell me the torque specs and sequence of the lower end on a 12v? Getting ready to put my motor together but didnt have this info. yet. thanks,

Genos garage has factory books and CD,s on the engine they give detailed info on everything you need to know on bolting and engine back together. Would be good to purchase one if you plan on wrenching on the engine.

Clutch Cover to Flywheel



Bolts 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs. )

Connecting Rod Nuts



Step 1- Preliminary 35 Nm (26 ft. lbs. )



Step 2 - Secondary 70 Nm (51 ft. lbs. )



Step 3 - Final 100 Nm (73 ft. lbs. )

Cooling Fan to Fan Clutch



Bolts 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs. )

Crankshaft Main Bearing Bolts



Step 1 - Preliminary 60 Nm (45 ft. lbs. )



Step 2 - Secondary 119 Nm (88 ft. lbs. )



Step 3 - Final 176 Nm (129 ft. lbs. )

Cylinder Head Bolts



Step 1 - (All Bolts) 90 Nm (66 ft. lbs. )



Step 2 - (Re-check All Bolts) 90 Nm (66 ft. lbs. )



Step 3 - (Long Bolts) 120 Nm (90 ft. lbs. )



Step 4 - (Re-check Long Bolts) 120 Nm (90 ft. lbs. )



Step 5 - (Rotate All) Additional 1/4 Turn (90°)
