doing a front break job on my 2006 3500 what is the torque specs for the main nut that holds the rotor and the other 8 that hold the rotor in place... thanks so much for any info

If you mean the axle nut, don't think that has to come off. The extension bolts on the fornt hub refernece 96 ft\lbs on installation.

great thanks for the info... ... have not looked at it yet, so i thought the axle nut had too also come off... . never removed the rotors yet

Assuming this is a DRW, unbolt the extension and remove it. Remove the caliper. Remove the caliper support and I think the rotor just pops off, may take a little persuasion.

The rears are a little different because the rotors bolt in from the back side so you have to pull the hub. Don't think the fornts are like that thouhg but all I have is an SRW and they don't bolt on.
