Torque tube

Does anybody make a torque tube for 2nd Gens?

I belive the TT for the 3gens replaces a restriction in the air pipe that is finned or something to make the turbo quiet. The 2ndgens have a wide open air pipe and therefore don't need a "Torque tube"

FWIW... it's bling only... no noticeable difference for me, but I like it a lot better than the rubber accordian.
