My neighbor and I should hold our own car show. Behind my diesel in that picture is his diesel! Yep; he has a new 3/4 ton with a Hemi! _and_ a CTD! _and_ a Durango.



Couldn't find any ricers ignorant enough to play with the SS tonight. Did have some fun with a Vette. Those guys get really annoyed with the SS's -- they don't like another car being as fast as them at $20K less money.

Asked a kid with a low slung racy looking ricer the other day if that wing in the back helped. He said, “what do ya mean?”. I said, like at 140 or 150? He looked at me very surprised and said, “I’ve never been over 75”. So much for the Fast and the Frivolous movie. I really liked my ’71 SS454 El Camino and ‘88 GTA Trans Am. I even thought my old ’96 2500 v-10 was fun, but it only did 120.

Where did you get you Nerf Bars? I have not found a web site that lists 03 parts yet.

Those are the Dodge Nerf$; Luverne brand. I like them but they cost a bit since from the dealer; $550 installed if I remember correctly. They bolt up to the body mounts -- nice and solid w/o drilling.
