Archived Touque Specs on Y2K Tie rod end

Anybody out there with a manual that could look up the torque specs on the inner right tie rod end and the clamp bolt

Tie rod 65 ft lbs, Adjuster clamp 45 ft lbs.

New problem. I installed the new spicer part this morning and the tapered part stickes out past the center link. I had to stack two washers in able to tighten the nut. Somebody measured wrong.
