Tow hook install

I won some tow hooks on ebay and it has no install instructions. I have done a search and there is a lot there. It seems like most of it is for 96-98 models. Does anyone have instructions for a 2002. I would really appreciate it. I am going to try to get them on today. I'm going to cut out the holes shortly with a dremel. Seems, from the search, that is the best thing to cut it with. Sorry so long winded.
