Tow Hooks with the Sport Package

I have a 2001 2500 with the sport package, and would like to know if anyone has put tow hooks on a similar truck? With a different front facia than a regular truck, does the only way to mount these involve a Dremmel tool cutting holes in my bumper? The F*rds and Chebbies have hooks. Can't understand why Dodge doesn't.

I was just in the dealer ordering my $135 coat hangers and noticed that the sport model will require front modifications. My truck (a non-sport) has the air damn which I will also have to cut. I think it's absurd that Dodge sells a 4X4 without them. The hooks should come out through the big holes next to the driving lights.
