I am not sure if you can have both the plow subframe and the towhooks on your truck. The reason I say this is because my Fisher dealer informed me that it was a good thing I did not waste the money on the tow hooks because they would have to be removed to install the plow.

I understand what he's saying though. The reason is you have to additional plates that go on the outside of each bumper bracket. If you add the mount for the plow it spaces out the bracket so the 2 outside holes don't line up. I simply bolted it all together and drilled out the holes in the support brackets so I could get the bolts in.
I've seen pictures of the boss plow mounts and they actually have a tab incoporated so the outside holes bolt through the plow bracket.
I'm glad it all bolted up for you. I had my plow installed last November and my truck was the first 2003 diesel the guy had seen. They had installed one frame on a Hemi so thats what he based his info on.
