2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission towed by a ferd

well i had to have my truck towed home today from the shop, by a ferd f550, i got one good laugh out of it though, when he was unloading my truck (off of a flatbed) i saw the front tires of the ferd come about two feet off of the ground, and the back slammed down, lol, i laughed, he's all, its a little heavy huh, i just said yep, lol sorry had to post it

So, what was wrong with your truck?



I have witnessed an F-550 tow truck trying to recover a quad-cab 4x4 CTD from nearly falling off a cliff. There was more than one occasion where I thought for sure the tow truck and the beautiful black CTD were going to end up at the bottom of the cliff.



I think his only saving grace was the wheel lift... he planted it into the ground and that helped out tremendously.

problem with my truck is that my week old ats transmission is slipping, so i have to take it to a shop in stockton california, on the 31st (an ats dealer) so they can tear it down and look at it,



but after the front tires came off the ground he was like "what motor does this have" i'm like a cummins he's all "ahh no wonder" haha

They can be real buggers sometimes...
