Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Towing a '98 automatic?

Can these trucks be pulled down the road with all four wheels on the ground and the transfer case in neutral at highway speeds for long distances?

Yes. All the aluminum cases have oil pump to lube the case. Case in neutral and trans in park

Should be fine as the oil pump is on the output shaft not the input like the earlier ones.
