Towing Mirror Vibration

Does anyone else's towing mirror vibrate while driving? I am going in on Friday for my third pair (including the original ones). The vibration is even worse when they are flipped up in towing position. I'm tempted to take the mirror off and do the fix that was talked about earlier this year but I figure I'll let Dodge pay for new ones. If I remember right the fix was for the 2nd Gen mirrors, I don't see that the 3rd gen mirrors would be any different though

I have not noticed any vibration in mine and really do like them. Hope you are able to get the problem fixed.

I love the mirrors too, but if you are driving on a road that isn't as smooth as glass they vibrate so bad you have a hard time seeing whats behind you.

I only had problems with the passanger side mirror. That I had the dealer replace just last Monday. My drivers side mirror was fine and now the new passanger side mirror is also fine.



What got me was that under the little plastic cap (where I though there would be a nut or bolt) to adjust tention there was nothing but a clip and spring



Anyway it's now fixed and I'm happy
