Towing Truck

I was reading in the manual and came across a neutral button on the electronic 4x control knob. If I understand it correctly I can disengage the drive shafts from the trans and tow this truck behind my motor home?



Is this right and is it really safe on the drive train?

Correct - Selecting "N" with either the electronic knob or manual shifter puts the transfer case in Neutral disconnecting the transmission from the drive lines.



However, a rice burner or small jeep belongs behind a motor home - the Cummins belongs in front of (or in) the motor home.
