can you buy this tire yet in e rating. i need tires bad and can not find anything to buy. i want 315's or 35's for hummer wheels.

I've shopped locally (So. Cal) and the only place I could find 35" Toyo M/T's in either the 17" or 18" is KORE at $325 and $350 respectively. I couldn't wait and got the 18" with the Weld wheels.

You can get 35" Toyo MTs in 17" or 18" on Monday at Kore.

The Interco Trxus MT has gotten rave reviews in magazines for being quiet. It comes in 33" and 35" 10 ply E rated versions.

The Open Country from Toyo come in a 35", it is 34. 9" in this size with a larger weight rating than 265 E rated tire. LT325/70R17 122R, 3305 weight rating (122)

i do a lot of highway trailer towing. i would like to stay away from m/t's. they look loud for road use.

The Toyo MT is amazingly quiet considering its aggressive looks and is the only load range E tire I've found in a 35. If you lived closer I'd give you a demo ride to convince you (I live in the Los Angeles area). It's only a little louder than BFG All Terrains.

The Open Country AT is E rated as well but I agree, the MT's are very quiet for a tire with Mud Terrain name, nowhere near as loud as the BFG MT's I have had.

That can be a bit misleading. . I would not use the word "quiet" to describe them, more like "not as loud as you might think they would be. "

I'm running the 325/70/17's, I love them. I'm running a 2 inch puck in the front on Hallo wheels. Everybody says it looks great set up like that. I get a little rub going in and out of the driveway with the wheel fully turned. Now this truck is also sponsered by Toyo a little, and I talked with engineers from toyo before I put them on. THere is several things you want to look at about load ratings and loads.

I asked about load ratings. The engineer said show me the standard on the ratings, there is this and that out there, but I can't find a set in stone rating. I believe most E tires are 8 ply. I don't think the 325's are, but thay got a hell of a weight rating. I'd look but it's raining.

Anyway, I like mine, and I never had to but my truck in 4 wheel drive here in utah theis last winter.
