You read it right!

The ToyoM55s that are famous for wearing like iron (thanks JJW-ND) are now available in a 285 size that's E rated to over 3700lbs a piece! That should be good news for the towing guys that want a more aggressive tread that still lasts.

Les Schwab has them. Been on sale since Labor Day, but only a 5% discount. They're about $200 each normal price. Get them siped for better snow traction if you get into that kind of driving.

So far, I'm likin' mine.

#@$%! I was looking all over that size in an E-load this summer but had to settle on the stock 265's. Your right, a big plus for the heavy haulers. Oh well, I'm sure I can shorten the life of my 265's next spring :-laf

Parnelli Jones Dirt Grip have been reviewed as a great all terrian tire. I've had them in snow last year and sand in the summer and lite trails and towing. They've been great.

I don't hear them while I'm in the truck ( local or highway), but others have said that they hear me coming when doing about 30mph.

Most of their sizes are E rated, starting at 31x10 16's and up. I'm running 33x12 16's on 8" rims, fit great, no rubbing. Off road had slight rubbing on the mud flap at full lock when turning.

Didnt realize I had them as long as I had, just looked it up, got them in mid Nov of last year. I've put about 10K miles on them soo far.

Does anyone have a pic of these M55s. I've tried to search the Toyo site-no luck.

It's time to replace my worn 265s.

I'd like to move to the largest dia that will fit without a lift kit.

I'd be haul'n a camper and boat, so the E rating is the way to go.

I've got a stock 2002, qc, 4x4 longbed. Can I go to a 35" or is the 285

the way to go?
