Well, let me back up a bit. I won't get the trailer til next week, so specifics will have to wait (once I get it, ask away- I'll probably be hangin' in it quite a bit... ). The Jeep hasn't left my garage in five years (or so), so I haven't hauled it anywhere yet! My plan is for the bike and/or a quad in the bed of the truck if the Jeep ever comes out of hibernation). Check out http://www.tahoe-rv.com , click on the Tahoe Fury link, click on the box for floorplans and voila, all of their plans. 24ft, 29ft, 33ft in TT, 38ft in FW (no goosenecks). Specs are there also for GVW, etc. Also try http://www.thorca.com/thorhome/home.htm (try the new models link). And the final deal breaker for us was the double power queen bunk option in the cargo area! talk about a bunkhouse! 3 queen beds, a rollover sofa and a roolover dinette. (Had to get the black/red interior so my Dad doesn't confuse it with something he would buy!)

This is my first TT (I've had several utility trailers and I tow a 10k Tucker Sno-Cat for work), so please let me know how I did. Sticker was 40,900, I got it for 36,082 out the door.

Am I rambling yet? I'm EXCITED!! Finally a toybox built like a work trailer but comfy as well!

P. S. If I get the chance at work tomorrow, I'll post a pic of the Sno-Cat. Maybe the coolest use (I've seen) of a Cummins! I'll apologize in advance, I have to tow the beast with either a F350 PoS (seven auto trannies in two years/60k miles!) or a F450 (even worse v10 gasser at 3-4 mpg)

I hear you on the tq. I swaped in a 383 stroker with the 194 valves, ram horns, Australia 4sp, 3sp transfer case, and a 17% underdrive ranger III splitter. It was actually the very first underdrive ranger made. When my 2F started burning valves the project/money pit was on, but I wanted to immitate the factory idea.

Thanks Spedo, thats one of the coolest things I have ever seen!!!! Alaska may be my first vacation, as I have just graduated from college, and will get some vacation time in about 9 months.

Sweet flattie willy1947 I had a 48 cj2a project I had to sell when I moved to Ohio from Indiana last year. Are you a member of IFWDA by chance?

Another Cummins use...

I took this out yesterday near Truckee, CA (8000' +/-).

4BT with a good ol 727 trans, reverse Dana 60's.

Iwant1,

I'm a member of UFWDA, but not IFWDA. My jeep club, IndyJeepers, does not belong to IFWDA yet. It is a subject up for discussion amongst the board members.

I have a few friends in Ohio that have Flatfenders. We have a get together at the end of August every year called the Flat Fender Frenzy.

Love those flatties! Check out the club I belong to, we have a ball! Fat Boys Jeepers The club is based out of east central Indiana. Take a look at the calender, if theres any runs you or your buddies want to go on let me know. Also if your club is interested in joining IFWDA I can get you a contact.
