I kept the H2 wheels and 35" Toyo mt's from my 06, they look even better on the new 10 but can't stand seing the the "incorrect tire pressure" on the evic every time I start it, now the default display. (the dummy light I cand deal with). Anyone know if the TPMS valve stems will fit the H2 wheel or any aftermarket wheel if I buy them.

I run the stock tires/wheels 50% of the time so I don't want to steel from them.

Also not sure if this is related, the system setup otion on the evic is now locked????

You need to be in park to unlock the EVIC.

I have a G56 manual, Maybe the e-brake has to be on or trans in neutral. Good info, at least I have an idea of how this thing is thinking.

Yep -- Probably so. With the automatic you have to be in park to edit the setup. They probably have the same "safety" measures in place for the G56.

Still wondering if the TPMS will fit the H2 alluminum wheels or any cast alluminum wheels? they look like they only fit steel wheels? Anyone have an idea

I work at a tire store and we are constantly learning new things about the TPMS systems. The sensors should work on the aluminum wheels. We have changed out several sets on other brands (haven't done a 2010 Dodge) and they have worked fine. I also saw a neat bracket that clamps to the wheel that you mount your sensor to. I don't remember who made it, maybe dill or schrader. It worked like the sensors on the Ford wheels with a large clamp around the inside of the wheel. I hope this helps

Thanks Travis, thats a big help. After searching some I found that 2010 dodge cars with alluminum wheels use the same sensors as the steele truck wheel so I went ahead and ordered a set. We'll see

Could always go the easy way and see if the dealer will deactivate the TPMS...

I have a 3500 and dont have monitoring. Dollars to donuts i got the same PCM you got, just a different program or option turned off. . dunno.

probably cheaper than buying sensors then screwing around with breaking the beads. .

You need a "friend" in the service dpt to do that. It is illegal for them to tamper with the TPMS on any car so equipped. Though I think they can change the pressure for differant tires, maybe there is a loop hole.
