I have had the TMPS calibrated twice now with no success.

My preferred method is light load setting 65 psi up front, 60 in the rear. When the calibration is done there is no error the EVIC reflects this.

Then after driving for around for a couple of hours the "Service Tire Pressure" error pops up and the tire pressures are now 65 on the left side of the truck and 60 on the right side of the truck.

So whats up? The calibrations by the dealership shows all the TPMS sensors in each tire are working fine???

Went to the Dodge place they tried recalibrating again and same errors. They did some more research and came back with a Star Case Incident report. It appears others are having the problem with the 2012 as well.

Symptom: TMP lamp on, Tire Pressure correct, Left, Right Sensor undetermined.
Discussion: TMP lamp comes on, performed module reset, cleared DTC's and check tire pressures to match settings. A recent report indicates some aftermarket rims may be affecting the sensor to module communication. Swapping the rims back to the factory style OEM rims corrected the lamp on condition. ?????

really???

Real solution: Took the truck to Discount Tire. Removed factory sensors replaced the weak factory sensors with aftermarket (BTW same manufacturer same Frequency) recalibrate; reset drove away and everything works fine. Not good "rims" are causing the problem when in reality it is the weak sensors.

Original rims were came with the Laramie Limited, OBTW thicker than the aftermarket MB rims on there now.

Ram you really need to work out the issues with good answers not weak "factory" answers.

I have heard by Word of mouth some Dodge dealerships will not honor warranties with aftermarket rims and tires . I assume this to mean larger than factory. I also assume this to any drive train/suspension issues. This is WOM and not verifiable.
