TPS/APPS Part #? Anyone Have It?

Looking for a part # for the TPS on a 2004. 5 automatic. Dodge can't seem to get this part right. They sent me a auto transmission actuator, twice.

i cant tell you the part number but be prepeared to spend $500. . i replaced mine a few months back... i think they call it tps bellcrank or something like that (dodge dealer). .
