TPS thing

could anyone help me out and tell me what that part is called right under the TPS that has the the little bolt coming out of it. It is the thing that you adjust. I broke mine and i'm having a hard time finding a new one. The stealer had ordered in five different parts and has gotten the wrong thing everytime.

I've looked in the manual and there are only two items descibed ...

One is the TPS itself.

Two is referred to as the "nylon adapter".



In the removal/install instructions both those descriptions are used a number of times.

Hey Bob, did it say a part number anywhere in your manual. If anyone knows this part number it would help out allot. Or if anyone knows where they've bought one before that would help me out allot. thanks allot

Sorry Chris, there are no part numbers mentioned in the manual.

In fact about the only numbers they do mention is for any special tools needed to do a particular job... . maybe because part numbers are regularly superseded by new ones...

hey Bob, I just got a call back from the stealer here in Las Vegas and they told me to get that "Nylon Adapter" i would have to order the whole bracket that holds the TPS onto the injection pump but he said i would get a new TPS with it for $574. 00. If anyone knows where i could just get the "Nylon Adapter" i would appreciate the leads. My next stop is the Cummins dealer.
