the last time i was in for an alignment, the tech told me that i would need a trac arm(not bar) accentric bolt, nut and washer for when i can into get my next alignment. well, i have just recently finished up my inner/out'r tie-rod install and i am ready for the alignment. well, i call'd the local "dealer", and he told me he had no such part listed in his books/computer. anyone have any clue where i may be able to find this part? and also, what would be different about the new bolt, washer and nut assembly that would differ from what is already in place on the truck? thanks for the help in advance.

Bill

p. s. i am also gonna replace the old

sway bar end links with sime from

energy suspension as well as the

rubber bushings up front on the bar

too. and yes, my DSS is on the way

from RIP. will sway bar links change

my alignment any? if so i will wait to

get front end done after they are on.

Gonehawkn,

Try 6504237 for the bolt

6102251aa for the nut

6504235 for the washer

about $25 per side list price

Good luck,Bob

Bob,

thanks alot. i am on the phone with the dealer now. he said the part #'s for the bolt and washer are good, but cant find anything on the nut. anymore help on that nut? thanks again for the help!! :)

Bill

he gives me part#6503627 for the nut. he also told me that it is a

14mm X 2. 00 nut. if that is the case i will just go down to the local hardware store and see what i can dig up, or maybe i will see if i can re-use the old one. thanks again for the parts#'s!!!!!

The number for the nut supercedes to the number I posted unless I wrote it wrong. Your parts guy can do a reverse look up from the part #s to find the correct page,to view parts listing.

Bob

OK back from the dealer. the parts guy was ablt to get the bolt and washer but no nut. he did find it on the computer, but it was not available locally. i will just try to re-use the old one, or if need be, go down to the hardware store to get a nut to fit. i really appreciate all the help.
