If you do the track Bar ball joint swap to the new type joint, You also need the

Track bar. Is this correct ????

I do not ever plan to Lift the truck, so, do I need an Adjustable Track bar or

just an 03 trac bar ???

Well your question has been answered by your question. The 3rd gen Trac bar conversion kit has all you need (Minus bar???). If you are not lifting or even leveling the truck out then no, you should not need an adjustable bar kit.
