I have been fighting the steering problem on my truck since it was new. The dealer (Northern Chrysler in Cut Bank) have been really good to fix the problem.
At 3000 miles they aligned the front end and adjusted the steering box preload. That helped but a friend that had just bought a new Dodge drove mine and noticed that it didn't drive as nice as his. I went back to the dealer and they installed a new track bar. That helped some but still not as much as I would have liked. I had the mechanic drive it one more time and he said they would order a new steering gear. It was just installed and wow
it was what was needed all the time. I have 23000 on the truck and it is greatOo. Oo.
