Hello and thanks for letting me join y'all. I have an 08 2500 4X4 manual shirt. I have a little over 477,000 miles on it. I use it commercial so no real mods other than being deleted. It has the 09 front end. Everything has been replaced except for the trackbar bushings. I can not seem to find the proper bushings for it. They are all to small. Mine measure 1.775 I replaced the trackbar a couple yrs back with oem from the dealer. $250.00 plus tax. Truck is starting to wander again. Everything else was replaced a couple months ago. When I say wonder I'm saying it wants to follow the wear patterns of the road. Any suggestions on where to get replacement bushings would be greatly appreciated.

Is there definable play in the track bar? Can you see it when testing?
I can see a very slight movement in the trackbar. Not really sure if I'm seeing movement or not. Ball joints, hub bearings, drag link and tie rods replaced. Along with shocks, upper and lower control arms. Had front end realigned after everything was replaced. The tires have about two thirds tread left on them. Running the Michelin ms 2. Stock size. They have been rotated and balanced. I am thinking the trackbar because it has about 200,000 miles on it. It was replaced a couple years ago. I was not able back then to find bushings for it and due to time I replaced it with oem from the dealer. I'm hoping someone has found a way to replace the bushings in it. I have a a press and removed one of the bushings for comparison. Just not able to match to anything. Been to Oreilly's, Autozone and Napa with no luck. I figured moog would have made replacement bushings by now. I guess I'll be looking for an aftermarket trackbar now.

Track bar is going to have 1/2 inch or more of deflection sitting still and turning the wheel, that is what they are meant to do. Genos Garage has the replacement ploy bushings for the OE tack bars. With those miles might consider a steering box next and look at the connection from steering wheel to box, there are wear points in there also.

As mentioned the stock track bar has a lot of deflections, I wouldn't even bother with the stock track bar and just get a good aftermarket track bar that is much stronger.
