I'm looking for someone that rebuilds track bars. I'm sure that some does it by now, a lot cheaper than buying one from Dodge. Also looking for aftermarket front stabilizer links. Thanks for any help
Rather than mess with rebuilding it I went with a lifetime warranted Napa track bar p/n 272-4229 ($179). Napa has replaced it twice with a new one, no question.
Get the "Lukes Link" and replace the OEM end only. You will never have to replace again! If it does get loose, just remove the cotter pin on the "Lukes Link" and tighten, then re-install the cotter pin in a different pin location. Much less expensive than buying a complete track bar.
Remind you that the picture with install directions above is old the newer ones have the Hiems on both ends. You can view close ups of the newer one installed on my truck on my web page.
