We were there Friday nite... . got there about 7pm we left a little after 1am Sat. morning. I'll look a little harder to find y'all next time...

Friday night was not a good night for me. When I pulled, I tried using 3rd gear low range. I had plenty of power but nowhere near enough wheel speed. So needless to say I didn't do too well.

Saturday night I went to 4th gear low range, had plenty of wheel speed and power and wound up placing third out of 37 entries. The doctor performance 03 1-ton dually got me by less that a foot. And that white flatbed with the 34" to 36" hitch height got us both. A hitch that high would be a definite advantage

I wish I would have made it to this pull. . have made it about every year in the past. . never pulled my truck...

The white flat be 12V?? has won the past years I have been there... I have seen it go through a few rearends. . and clutchs...



Kevin. . Are you thinking of the Whitewright pull?? it is earlier in the sumer. . about June. . and is an Outlaw pull like the pull in DeLeon. . but usually has a better turnout for tractors. . I don't know if the pull the "street" trucks there...



Not much else for classes pulling in Texas, past the Antique tractors... (I've been saving parts to built a Hot Farm/Super farm tractor the past year. . but no class to pull in. . so No reason to build it. . )

It was good to see everyone and I had a blast.



Andrew: 260 friday night and 257 or something like that on saturday

not near as well as I was hoping for but maybe next year.



But the crowd LOVED the smoke show!!!
