Traded '07 for an '08

I just traded my '07 for an '08. I was getting to the point where I had to decide to either trade or keep it for another 300,000 miles. The deal on the new truck and the value of the '07 made it fairly easy to pick.

Both trucks are fully loaded so not much change, but the '08 has a G56 & 3:42 gears, where as the '07 has a 68RFE & 3:73s.

Interesting to see how much difference you will see in fuel mileage with the manual and the different gears.



Even as smooth as the clutch is on these trucks, my knee just can't take that movement.

maybe get your son together one day, take some pics and do a comparasin, what you like better worse, driveability. Did it come with an exhaust brake? If so how are you liking that?

Both trucks have the EB, that is a great product ! It works great on both the auto & manual. since I run on the highway almost all the time, I don't grow tired of shifting.

it will interesting to see how the manual does milage wise compared to the auto.
