The Difference between Continuous/Marine Ratings

Explains my Forum name huh. Educated you must be.
I cant tell you how many hours I have spent in court from writing COPS and other LEO's civil citations. They are LAW enforcement, How are we ever to expect change in the community if we don't stand up and make a change. If anyone else had parked that way they would have been issued a citation. why can the LEO's get away with it then?, because most people are lazy and let them. i'm not one of those people.

I was on highway 58 near Edwards AFB, Friday, December 9, about 04:30am and CHP and DOT were pulling pickup trucks towing trailers, into roadside temporary area, to weight axles on the truck and the my boat trailer which has three axles, only question asked you have rear air bags on rear axle, back off scale in reverse let the air out of those bags, I did that then proceed back on the scale, did all axles, was not interested in in driver license or any paper work; The DOT people were doing this inspection, said absolute nothing walk, up to window you may leave.

They have been after the triple axle group for a while. Most don't realize that they need a Rec Class A when over a certain GVW . The dealers don't tell them when they buy them they may need this

Here is picture View attachment 97401of my boat trailer, this is a gooseneck type same as on December 9, the weight is less than 5K, and since truck and trailer license in Nevada, California has law that must be dually to pull such trailer. I am aware of other agency's are after and to enforce there towing requirements.

Can't see how they can ding you empty . Must be looking on the tag on the trailer for max weight to tell you that

They ought to set up inspections on Hwy 86 near Brawley, on the way to Glamis. CHP would run out of room parking all of the RV's from the TV being over The GAW ratings. Many 3/4 ton trucks towing triple toy haulers loaded with fuel, water, and the toys. I'd even bet that the toy haulers axle's are over their weight ratings.

AINT NO XXXX THERE BROTHER!!!!!

Maybe a Mental Exam would be appropriate also?

Sounds
like the internet vidioes that say you can refuse a field sobriety test

You CAN REFUSE to take the test on the street, of course YOU WILL be arrested and taken to the station. All the LEO needs to make the arrest is in HIS OPINION you are unable to operate the vehicle & MAY be under the influence. If you should have a Commercial license of course when you refuse you could KISS THAT GOOD BYE!!!!

BUT YOU CAN REFUSE THE TEST!!!
