You didn't wire the controller up to the harness using matching colors did you?



Be sure and look at the controller wiring and go to the signal name in the harness, not to the corresponding colors between the harness and the controller. In other words, the blue wire in the harness may connect to the red wire on the controller and so on.

They make a wiring harness that clips right into the stock harness. . Its $10 or so but way worth it. Nothing worse than monkeying your butt under the dash to wire in a brake controller. You can put that prodigy in, in less than 1 minute

its way worth it... snap in on the back of the trailer brake controler and snap it onto the blue female reciever under the dash next to the brake pedal... I hate wiring. If you find a good price online, Campingworld and many other places will price match with a copy of the ad. I actually was able to get my prodigy and harness at Camping World for $110 with tax
