Trailer brake repairs

Thanks, TDR Staff

Is this a short?

FInally!

I have a '99 16' drop deck trailer that came with my Bobcat 773.

It needs to have the brakes serviced.

Where would I go looking for someone to do it?

The Bobcat dealer (they sell trailers but not this brand anymore). I would think they might be a bit on the expensive side?

The trailer dealer I bought my 14' utility trailer? They seem fair but their yard is always full and congested.

Other ideas?

Thanks

Trailer brakes are not rocket science as you know. Hydraulic would be a little more involved than electric. About any reputable mechanic should be able to do the job. Parking space at the shop might limit where you could take it. It is hard to find a shop to turn the drums on electric brakes around here. bg
