trailer lights

when trailer is plugged in to truck right side turn and brake light don"t work. anyone have idea what it might be.
2003 quad cab 8 foot bed 2500 5.9 nv5600

trailer only works on truck

Check your plug to see if you’re getting power in the correct wire. Then you can determine if it’s the truck or it’s the trailer. Trailers are notorious for horrible wiring.

Start by checking the fuse for that circuit in the fuse box then check the trailer plug for operation.
