I've said it before and I am suggesting it again, If you have the 1/4' shackles and dry bolts on your trailer suspension, up grade it to the heavy duty type parts. I have had my trailer since 08-Feb three years on the road in the good months, about 28k miles and the nylon bushing they use were toast in most cases. The shackles were starting to wear, elongated holes and also the bolts. What does it matter? Tire wear. The alignment is effected by this wear. Hopefully with this mod I can put this issue to bed.

What I did was replaced the bolts to wet bolts, bronze bushings, 1/2' shackles by what ever length you need. mine was 2. 25' as a kit. I alignend it last year with the old parts, replaced with new parts and it was just bearly out this year. Some thing to concider.

Did mine about 5K and put the EZ Dexter suspension kit on $150. 00 or there about was best thing I have done for the TT

Did it come with the 1/2' thick schacles? I would imagine that it did.

Mine was all shipped from Mor-ride via another dealer.

no mine had the standard cheap crap from the factory I asked about the up grade they wanted like $700 to put it on. I bought the kit from Dexter and about 3 hours of my time and did it my self
