3.55 gears rpm?

I am trying to find some 15" trailer wheels that are rated for Load Range E tires. (235/75R15) My local tire store only sells trailer rims rated for 75psi. I have six lugs, and some one told me it's a Chevy bolt pattern and spacing. thanks

If you have the room go to a 16" wheel and tire. I did this on one of my trailers and it was the best thing I could have done. I won't buy a trailer now if it has 15" wheels. I don't know why but a trailer with 16" rubber pulls better, rides better and the tires last a lot longer, plus you have a better choice of Load Range E tires and a lot of choices of "trailer" tires. There are 16" wheels available for this bolt pattern. My 2 cents.

Try Northern Tool, I got mine from there and they are 15s I got the wheel and tire together. it was white spoke and if I remember correctly it was around $89. I know they also have chrome if that is what you are looking for.

I have a set with new Marathons on them. The wheels were original equipment on a Carri-Lite 31' 5th wheel,(upgraded to 16") the tires are replacements for some that couldn't/didn't stand up under the weight. (also have a set of 16" Wranglers that are replacements for same that didn't cut it either. ) I wouldn't recommend the Marathons if you are up in the 11-12000 lb. range but I can make you a deal on the wheels. bg

How much room is recommended between the tops of the tires and the fender? I might be able to get by with 16".

In my opinion you need enough room so that there is no tire rub when suspension is at the end of its travel. Some of the trailers I've didn't have a lot of clearance and I never had any problems.
