2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission trailer wiring

Got a problem, when I bought my truck, after a couple of months went by when i noticed i had all of these cut wires wrapped up under my truck. It was all of my trailer plug wires. I had the factory equipped trailer package. How can i find out what all of the wires are. The plug is all rusted up so i want to get a new one. Can anybody help with the problem. Hell i got a diesel and i can't even tow a trailer.
