Need some BIG tires hauled from Wisconsin to TX

Rotochoks

Hi guy's, I don't hang out in this thread much as I don't tow anything as of yet that is. I am going to be purchasing a flat bed goose neck to haul my truck to and from sled pulling events and am tossed between two makes, the Byson or the Big Tex can you tell me anything that might sway my descion either way. I am looking for a 22' with 5' dovetail, so a 27' trailer. I priced the Byson at $6,500. and the Big Tex at 5,500. that's tax, tag, title, out the door on both. Are there any other brands just as good in the same or lower price range ? any body got a used one ?

Thanks

BBD

You might want to check a little further down the Towing-Hauling forum for "Hotshots". TX-Goosenecks looks like he is selling what You may be looking for. Hope this helps. Joe.

My Mom had a Big-Tex 22' non dove tail that got overloaded regularly. It never wore the tires bad or gave us any problems and pulled very easily. One of my friends has a Byson 24' with dove tail and loves it. Very well built and pulls nice. Both trailers are very well made. So its up to you which one you want.
