Has anyone had a problem with the auto transmission coming out of OD lock on left hand turns? This is on a 95. It happens at any speed and corner to the left.
This would appear to be an intermittent electrical problem unless something inside the transmission is loose.
The cable that provides overdrive and torque converter voltage runs from the PCM to the transmission. It breaks out of the main harness that runs across the firewall right above the engine and follows the hump back to the transmission. Check the wiring and its connection where the cable plugs into the transmission. Don't confuse it with the start interlock.
The one you want is oval in shape and comes down from above and plugs into a vertical receptacle.
The interlock plug is round an plugs in horizontally.
