Hi All,

I was doing an oil change yesterday and noticed a bit of a leak on one of the transmission cooler lines -- supply or return, I don't know which is which.

Here's my question: Is there a swivel or quick-connect on those lines? There seems to be something like that and that may be where it's leaking. I was going to take the truck to the local trans place for a fluid change, but would like to know what I'm going to have to do with that line. What part, what cost, etc...

it's not in my sig, but the truck has an automatic.

There was some discussion a while back on a line that rubbed up near the radiator. I think you can see it looking up from the bottom. Do a search and I believe you will find info that may be your problem.

Give the info on the truck to get the answer that applies to it .
Some yrs ?? , some would put different ends on them , less troublesome .
I had the crank case vent tube wear through a line , I used a copper compression fitting to fix .

Thanks for your suggestions every one. I'll try putting a wrench on it, for sure.
Not sure how much info I've got on the truck
