Trans Cooler Lines Chafing (Please read)

I have started this thread in the 5. 9 forum but I am quite sure that the 6. 7 trucks have this same exact cooler line set-up.

I had the same problem with our 2002 Chrysler Concord. I was lucky & they were covered under the extended warranty.
